Moon at 97% Illumination – 09 April 2020 | Minerals Composite

  • Camera – Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H400
  • Bridge Camera
  • Focal Distance – 277mm – 1556mm equivalent for FF and 972mm for A-PSC
  • Settings – f/8 1/400 sec. ISO-100
  • Focus Stacked – 9 Frames in ZS

Composite of two photos with digitally enhanced colors, not cropped in width only in height to fit my preferable 3×2 ratio.

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H400 doesn’t support RAW files so I had to add the colours in post.

Focus stacked in Zerene Stacker & edited in Photoshop, no FS. Background image from Pexels.

Here is the stack of 9 photos without the added colors & background.

I did have to brighten the original photo – which I deliberately shot a bit underexposed to capture a bit more details.
